As a twenty-year-old technology company in a sea of splashy start-ups, VMware was itching to reclaim its relevance. Our solution was the “Employees First” campaign, which launched at VMworld 2018 and focused on how VMware technology enables a more productive, engaged workforce.

Through humor and rapid-fire dialogue, a series of videos highlighted the IT pain points in today’s workforce — too many systems, too many passwords. VMware technology is the leading the way in minimizing those distractions, pushing technology into the background and allowing more time for human interaction.
