When I joined Ten-X as creative director, the brand needed a little TLC. One of those first to-dos was to oversee the redesign of the website. Partnering with internal organizations, my team identified pain points in the user journey and reworked the site to be more engaging, informative and user-friendly. We’re still in developing the content and refining the design, but here’s a preview of the direction things are headed.
