CHALLENGE
In the hyper-competitive prop-tech landscape, Ten-X faced the task of optimizing its marketing experience to more effectively drive its diverse user base through the conversion funnel.
APPROACH
Recognizing the importance of right-place-right-time conent, we tailored our strategy to ensure that every user interaction on the platform was met with clear and compelling answers to the ever-present question: "What's in it for me?" Our aim was to guide users effortlessly through their journey, ensuring that each audience segment recognized the unique value Ten-X offered.
RESULTS
The revamped Ten-X web experience not only saw increased user engagement but also achieved a 23% increase in organic lead generation YoY.
