NOKIA

Building Beyond Telecom

In 2017, Nokia ventured into new verticals, introducing a 360º camera and acquiring the French wearables maker, Withings. To support this expansion, our mission was to bolster the company's footprint in Silicon Valley and the technology landscape with a social media framework the company's internal team could easily adopt and scale.

Content Creation

APPROACH

We anchored our social media strategy around content pillars — guiding lights like Answers and Inspiration — and audience cohorts — from flip-phone fans to industry pros. This framework facilitated a simple method of tracking and reporting while allowing us to build and refine a balanced, resonant content mix.

RESULTS

Following a few months of collaboration with Nokia to launch and refine the strategy, engagement metrics significantly increased. Our joint efforts led to a robust, data-driven social media engine, which we successfully transitioned to Nokia's internal team, providing them with essential tools and strategies for continued growth and engagement.
